How Long Does it Take to Receive My Order?

Because we ship directly from our partners' facilities from various countries throughout the world, your order may take between 3 to 5 weeks to arrive. The items ship out within 3 business days. While the shipping time may be longer than usual, we are able to pass the discount in savings to you and provide extremely lower costs. If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund of your purchase. This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order or missed parcel deliveries.

Do You Provide Tracking Numbers?
You will be sent your tracking number as soon as the package has been shipped. Rest assured you're in good hands and all of your purchases are backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you have not received one, please contact us and we will send you it right away.

Do you deliver products internationally?
We successfully ship large quantities of products worldwide each day. We have many happy customers in every corner around the world!

I've placed an order with multiple items recently, can I combine them into one package?

Since we have multiple warehouses worldwide, we don't have all our products in one place, so when you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped separately. You'll probably receive one item before the next. Don't be concerned if you don't receive all of your items at once. They will get to you!

I've put a wrong shipping address and/or picked a wrong size/variant! Can I change it?

If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't guarantee anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care and we'll try to make it right for you. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.

How secure is my personal information?
We adhere to the highest industry standards to protect your personal information. We never store your credit card.Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer technology), which is widely used on the internet for processing payments.  Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.
